Daul Residence
Completion: December 31, 2006
Nestled in a cozy neighborhood in this residence was longing for a outdoor entertaining space. Located along a prospering golf course this project became the talking piece of the golf community. Our client always wanted to spend more time in their yard but did not have a good excuse to utilize theirs. The house already had a good connection to its exterior spaces. The main goal was to create a garden cabana and cooking area without blocking the wonderful views of the golf course. This project took approximately 6 months to complete from design through construction and permitting.
